The professional conduct and people person? Does he/she pay attention to details and are they organized? How passionate and professional is he/she? How long have they been in business? What jobs have they completed similar to the customer's request? Good communication and customer service? Quality products? What are their delivery times and shipping charges?
In a professional manner, I like to introduce myself and thank the customer for contacting my business. I like to get to know the customer by gathering their name, address, email address and phone number and then discuss their project and how I can help to make it realistic within the time frame they have established.
I suggest that the customer review the profession's credentials to see if it is a good fit for their project. Then, the customer will need to provide as much detail of their requested service to the provider to ensure that the customer receives an acceptable quote, service and finished product.
I have always had a love for beautiful floral arrangements (live and silk) and gift baskets. I would create floral arrangements for family and friends, centerpieces for my home and office, create gift baskets as a gift for someone's birthday or anniversary, attend small business workshops and worked with a sponsor to promote an online business. By doing so, I now have flowers & gift baskets together for an awesome online shopping experience, my dream realized!
I have 34 plus years of Accounting, Information Technology, Management and Customer Service experience. Training from Georgia State University, University of GA Institute of Government, and a graduate of Kaplan University with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. Completed training with Rockdale County Entrepreneurial Academy - Small Business Startup, U.S. Dept. Small Business Admin. for Business Legal Needs and Georgia Piedmont Technical College- Event Planning. Assisted with coordinating office events, breast cancer fundraisers and Christian organization special events.
Business and Corporate clients, as well as, Christian organizations whose requests consist of floral arrangements and gift baskets for anniversaries and birthdays, centerpieces, corsages, & boutonnieres for special events, Gift baskets for fundraising & special events and funeral arrangements.
I created seven (7) medium size gift baskets with a sport theme for a company's fundraiser for community outreach that took ten (10) hours to complete and deliver. I completed three (3) Father's Day gift baskets in four (4) hours. My most recent job for Father's Day was 30 flavor gift boxes with contents in two (2) hours and 30 boutonnieres in about two (5) hours, which was all a delight to create.
No, I do not have a standard pricing system. It varies by the customer's request for certain products, delivery, setup/tear down, travel distance. I give free quotes and work with the customer in an effort to try to meet their budget and timeline.
We offer life like "Silk" floral arrangements, plants and trees; Gift baskets for all occasions. Wreaths, Swags and Teardrops for home decor and faux fruits and vegetables for home or office decor. Also, we provide centerpieces for Business and Personal Event decorating.
